Panel Printing
Screen printing umbrella panels is our standard imprint method. For expert craftsmanship on one and two-color logos, or even three-color designs, there is no better way to decorate your umbrella. Panel printing is available across our umbrella collection.

Handheld Umbrellas
Folding, golf, fashion, UV, safety, thematic, and inverted umbrellas.
Setup: $65.00 per color, per design, on outer canopy panel.
Reorder Setup: $32.50 per color, per design, within 18 months of the prior order.
Imprint Run Charge: $1.25 per color, per location, beyond the first. The first location is included in the price of each umbrella.
Minimum: 12 pieces for printing.
Patio & Beach Umbrellas
Panel Setup: $130.00 per color, per design.
Valance Setup: $90.00 per color, per design.
Reorder Panel Setup: $95.00 per color, per design, within 18 months.
Reorder Valance Setup: $68.00 per color, per design, within 18 months.
Imprint Run Charge: $4.00 per color, per location, beyond the first.

Run Charge: $2.00 per color, per location.

Important Restrictions
- The SB-2700 UV umbrella cannot have undercanopy prints because of its metallic surface.
- All Blue Sky umbrellas cannot have undercanopy prints due to their existing design.
- Patio umbrellas are not eligible for undercanopy printing.
- Available on other eligible handheld rain umbrellas.
- The maximum imprint area is usually 1 inch less than the outer canopy imprint area. Dimensions vary by item.
- Example: If an umbrella has a listed outer imprint area of 6″ × 7″, the undercanopy imprint area is approximately 5″ × 6″.
Case Printing
Case or sleeve printing is a terrific option for taking your promotional umbrella a step further. A printed case makes your project feel more complete while creating brand visibility even when the umbrella is closed.

Case printing is ideal when you want your branding to remain visible while the umbrella is stored or carried.
Important Information
- The SB-2700 UV umbrella cannot have case prints due to its metallic surface.
- Some items do not include cases: SB-2100, SB-4620, and SB-4621.
- Maximum imprint area is approximately 1.5″ high, while width varies by item.
Laser Engraving
Genuine hardwood handles look fantastic on their own, but laser engraving makes them truly unique. We can etch your company's logo directly into the handle or personalize individual umbrellas with names or initials.

Setup: $80.00.
Reorder Setup: $40.00.
Imprint Run Charge: $4.00 for a logo or company name.
Individual Personalization
Imprint Run Charge: $5.00 for individual personalization such as names or initials.
Minimum: 24 pieces for laser engraving.

Allow an additional 5–7 business days for laser engraving.

Wide Tie Printing
Our wide ties, also known as straps, give you an additional print option when you want to maximize your umbrella's marketing potential. It is a great way to add promotional value and create a unique print location for your brand.

4-Color Process Printing for Rain Umbrellas
No matter how elaborate your logo might be—gradients, multi-color designs, or tight registration—4-Color Process Printing makes the job possible. This cost-effective option allows you to reproduce detailed artwork without the limitations of traditional screen printing.
4-Color Process Details
Setup
$120.00 per design. An unlimited number of colors are allowed at no additional setup cost.
Pre-Production Proofs
$72.00 plus the cost of setup, item, and run charge. Add 2 weeks to production time.
Reorder Setup
$120.00 for process color orders, using the same pricing structure above.
Production Time
10–12 business days from all approvals.
Minimum Order
12 pieces for printing.
4-Color Process Imprinting Costs Per Imprint / Logo
Additional Notes
- 4-Color Process is only available on outer umbrella canopy panels.
- It cannot be used with undercanopy printing, wide tie printing, or case printing.
- Process color is not available for umbrellas with special 2-ply fabric, including SB-4675, SB-4676, SB-4677, and UV umbrellas.
- Process printing uses CMYK, so PMS matching does not apply. PMS numbers may be provided as a reference, but exact matching cannot be guaranteed.
- Colors may have additional variance compared with screen printing.
- Art-related restrictions may apply, including minimum line weights and clear-space requirements.
- Rush orders are not available with process color printing.
- Price breaks are calculated per individual logo/design and separate logos cannot be combined to meet higher price breaks.
- EQP pricing applies to handheld rain umbrellas only and excludes production costs.
4-Color Process Printing for Patio Umbrellas
We've expanded our popular process printing program to patio umbrellas. One logo can use any number of colors with only one setup, giving you the flexibility to create bold and detailed branding for large-format outdoor umbrellas.
Patio Process Printing Details
Panel Setup
$296.00 per design. Unlimited colors are allowed at no additional color charge.
Valance Setup
$146.00 per design. Unlimited colors are allowed at no additional color charge.
Pre-Production Proofs
$125.00 plus the cost of setup, item, and run charges. Add 2 weeks to production time.
Reorder Setups
Reorder setups use the same pricing as the applicable panel or valance setup.
Production Time
10–12 business days from all approvals.
Minimum Charge
12 prints for one or more patio umbrellas. The minimum charge applies even if fewer prints are used.
4-Color Process Imprinting Costs Per Imprint / Logo
Additional Notes
- 4-Color Process is only available on outer canopy panels or valances.
- It cannot be used in other imprint locations.
- Minimum is 12 prints per setup, which can be achieved with 2 or more patio umbrellas.
- The run charge cannot go below a minimum of $270.00.
- Minimum total decorating cost is $566.00 for a panel print and/or $416.00 for a valance print.
- Maximum panel imprint area is 12.75″W × 12.75″H.
- Maximum valance imprint area is 12.75″W × 5″H.
- These maximum dimensions supersede listed imprint areas on the patio umbrella line.
- Patio bases are sold separately.
- PMS matching does not apply to process printing because Pantone Coated inks are not used like they are in screen printing. PMS numbers may still be provided as a reference.
- Rush orders are not available with process printing.
