Refund policy

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. However, depending on the product, you may still be eligible to make a claim under the manufacturer's warranty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.

Please contact us before sending any purchase back to the manufacturer. Do not return the product directly to the manufacturer without first contacting us for instructions.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted. This may apply to items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within the applicable processing period.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. If the refund is still not showing, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

You should also contact your bank, as there may be additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at grature1@gmail.com before sending it back.

If you are returning an item due to a manufacturer's fault, you will not be required to pay the return shipping costs.
